Signed up for the 30 day trial to test the email marketing automation. Access was immediate. Setup was simple enough. Managed to get a few campaigns ready to go. The platform has good features.

Solid platform, minor learning curve

I used Kartra to build out a new membership site and found it quite capable. The membership site builder itself was intuitive, and I appreciate having video hosting built-in. Delivery (access to the platform) was instant after signing up for the Gold plan. Customer service was good when I had a question about integrating a specific payment gateway; they responded within a few hours. My main gripe is that while it's 'all-in-one,' there's still a significant learning curve to master all the different features like the behavioral adaptive marketing. It's powerful, but not always beginner-friendly without some dedication. Overall though, it's a strong tool for the price.
